The General Labor position at Hillandale Farms is responsible for general maintenance and labor needs.
Essential Job Functions Maintain facility and outside perimeter clean and free of clutter and debris Maintain processing and production inventory in an organized manner as directed.
Clean equipment as needed.
Operate farm equipment as needed to perform job duties.
Assist with grounds maintenance as needed or required.
Ability to work with machinery and have knowledge of tools needed to do necessary minor repairs.
Troubleshoot problems and determine most cost efficient means of repair.
Performs other related duties as required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Possess mechanical aptitude Preferred experience working with farm equipment and ability to make minor repairs as needed Skills Attention to detail and conscious of surroundings at all times with an ability to stay focused amongst distractions Able to work independently Able to follow instructions closely and perform multiple tasks as directed Conscious of surroundings at all times Physical Effort/ Work Environment Fast Paced environment with possibility of extended, flexible and weekend hours needed to meet operational needs Work in inclement weather conditions required Ability to lift up to 60lbs Position requires repetitive lifting, walking, squatting, twisting, turning, kneeling and bending.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
